Hi, my name is Geoff Denyer. I originally became interested in photography as a teenager and bought my first SLR camera in 1977. It was 30 years later that my interest would manifest into a passion.  Since then, I have been fortunate enough to have travel extensively around the globe, and for many years my photography has focussed on travel and landscape imagery. It was the death of a close friend, followed by the closing of international borders due to COVID, that led me into a new direction with my photography. Studying for my Diploma in Photography has introduced me to many different facets of the photography industry, and broadened my expertise to product, studio, surfing and portraiture photography. Of these, portraiture has become my real passion. I like to create beautiful images of people, especially those who may not feel comfortable in front of the camera.
