I came to photography later in life than I would have preferred but now find myself seeing life around me as if I am constantly looking through a lens. Prior to my studies, I concentrated on landscapes and nature, but through the encouragement of the TAFE teachers I have studied with,
I have recently become fascinated by portrait photography and the challenge of capturing the essence of the sitter’s personality.

Studying has taught me a great deal, but I know that there is so much still to learn.  My photography journey has begun, and I look forward to finding out where it will take me.
